Award Amount: $1000

An amount of $1,000 will be awarded to one student who best conveys in a 750-1,000 word essay how extracurricular activities have had an impact on their life and academic success. This can be an activity you are currently participating in or have previously been involved with.

Foreclosure.com has issued $72,000 in scholarship money to 40 college students nationwide since the program was introduced in 2009. Each year, the company challenges future leaders of America to provide creative solutions/ideas to many of the nation’s most critical issues, real estate in particular, which can be used to help foster a robust United States housing market.

FREE SPEECH ESSAY CONTEST

Open to juniors and seniors in U.S. high schools, including home-schooled students, as well as U.S. citizens attending high school overseas. Additional questions regarding eligibility may be emailed to essaycontest@thefire.org.
